Among these factors, oil temperature management is extremely important. Due to their structure, molding machines are used to control speed and pressure, resulting in a higher generation of heat compared to other machines. Therefore, if the cooling system is insufficient, it can lead to issues such as resin scorching or burning, increased operating oil temperature, degradation of the operating oil, and premature deterioration of seals and rubber hoses, which not only become factors for machine failure but also affect the stability of the molded products.
